Step 1.) Request a free
consultation and proposal
Every website project starts with a basic, no-cost,
no-obligation consultation to help us learn
more about your
project, your expectations and your goals.
The consultation aims at assisting both MJM Design and the
client in developing a
realistic plan and outline of your project. This helps
to ensure that we are marketing your products or services in the best light with the most efficient return on
your investment. We will tell you what
you can and cannot realistically expect to get out of your
website investment. We are here to help and will not sell
you something you obviously don't need.
We'll advise you on ways to promote your site and draw
traffic to your website to maximize its effectiveness. We
will never sell you on something you
don't want or need. Our experience in web design,
development, graphics design, marketing,
advertising, sales promotion and search engine technology helps
us determine what is right for your company and
your website project.
Step 2.) Receive a written
proposal and hire us
We
always supply new clients with a written proposal and price quote
prior to you hiring us. Based on our consultation with you,
together we will determine a basic website outline and
overall plan of action. Should the scope of the project
change significantly during the design and/or development stages, we
guarantee that you will not incur any additional costs without your approval in
writing first.
Step 3.) Receive your web design mockups
Once we receive your approval and you
hire MJM Design to begin work on your website, we will
immediately begin
the design process. The first phase of the project is the design
phase
which includes creating a graphical mockup of your website based
on the criteria your provided to us. We
take a lot of different items into consideration when
designing your website so that you can rest assured that it
will be an attractive, reliable and up-to-date
representation of your business or organization.
Step 4.)
Sign off on approval
of mockups and move into development
After you have reviewed your design mockup and signed off on
them, we will move your project into development where our
programmers will create a working model of your website. The
development phase is where we will implement specified
custom functionalities, Content Management Systems and more.
You will be able to monitor the progress of your website in
real-time using our proprietary project progress software.
Step 5.) Complete development and discuss on-going maintenance
options
The appropriate steps to upload your
website to the world wide web making it live and accessible
to anyone in the world is the fifth and final step.
Your website won't need any further maintenance, but if
text changes, updating images and documents, etc. are needed,
then
we can develop a maintenance schedule for you. We can continue to keep in contact with you after your
website has been developed on a regular basis and help with any
maintenance or updates that may
be needed along the road. Our rates for website maintenance are
