additional costs without your approval in writing in advance to

Step 3)
Website Design
Mockup:
Once we receive your approval on our written proposal and you
engage us to begin work on your website, we will begin the
design process. The first phase of the design process includes
creating a rough draft mockup of your website based on the
criteria your provided to us about your business. We take a lot

Step 4) Approval, Development and Delivery:
After you have reviewed your design mockup and submitted
revisions, we will take the appropriate steps to upload your

Step 5) On-Going Maintenance & Updates:
Your website won't need further maintenance, but if needed,
we will continue to keep in contact with you after your

(about $250 per year) and are to be expected as
without the three items below, no company not even eBay or
Microsoft would have a functioning website.
